Includes two dental exams and two preventive cleanings each year.
1 Emergency Exam
Includes one emergency dental exam during the membership year.
2 Fluoride Treatments & Digital X-Rays
Includes two fluoride treatments plus digital X-rays as needed. (Panoramic X-rays are not included.)
